What are the care instructions for poly backdrops?
Our poly backdrops are durable paper material. To clean, simply wipe gently with a damp cloth if needed. Store poly backdrops rolled.
Difference between Premium and Fleece Fabric?
We love our wrinkle-free fabrics because they’re incredibly easy to fold, store, and travel with. They’re the same materials we use in our own professional photography studio.
Both materials are printed in the USA, 100% matte, wrinkle resistant, and machine washable. Premium Fabric has a silky smooth feel and is lightweight without being bulky, making it our most premium option. Fleece Fabric is thicker, more economical, and features hemmed edges to help prevent fraying over time.

Difference Fleece Fabric and the new Value Fleece?
Both materials are printed here in the USA and are 100% matte and photograph beautifully. Our Fleece material is thicker with a hemmed edge while value fleece is a little thinner with a cut edge. Both print beautifully and are machine washable. See the video below to see a comparison of the two.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship worldwide from the United States. International shipping quotes are calculated at checkout. We will email you if shipping costs more.
How soon do you ship?
As photographers ourselves, we know how exciting it is to receive new backdrops quickly!
Typical production times are:
- Poly Backdrops: 1–3 business days
- Fabric Backdrops & Heavy Floor Mats: Approximately 5-9 business days
Please note that processing times may vary slightly during major sales, holidays, and promotions. Full shipping details can be found on our policy page.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Because all backdrops are custom printed to order based on your selected artwork, size, and material, all sales are final. Orders go into production very quickly, so cancellations or changes cannot be made once an order has been placed.
Please double check all order details and shipping information before checkout.
What size is best?
For cake smash sessions, we personally love our 84"x60" size because it gives photographers extra room for posing and cropping flexibility.
