Shipping policy

US Shipping:

All Poly and ProWeave backdrops are printed to order and ship 1-2 business days after your order is placed from here in the United States.  Fabric and Floor Mats take about 7-10 business days to ship. Please note that we are not responsible for USPS or UPS delays (we recommend planning your sessions with ample time and upgrading to UPS).  See our shipping times below for this week's processing times:

USPS/UPS MAIL:
Poly and ProWeave Backdrops ship via standard USPS mail within the United States (International Shipping is available). All carriers seem to be having random delays.  Please take that into consideration when placing your order. Standard USPS mail is meant for those not in a rush who wish to save money on shipping.

ALASKA/HAWAII/GUAM/PUERTO RICO/APO ADDRESSES:
We may have to invoice you additional for shipping (especially for floor mats).  Please take this into consideration.  We are happy to provide quotes.
